Teens Encounter Christ is a retreat designed for youth in grades 10th-12th grades to further develop their relationship with Jesus. The retreat is based on the Paschal Mystery of Christ which is a reflection of his life, death, and resurrection. The retreat utilizes small group discussions, adult and youth presentations, prayer and community building exercises. The Sacrament of Reconciliation and Eucharist are also celebrated. TEC takes place at the Lumen Christi Retreat Center in Souby Building. The next TEC 79 is TBA.
This one day conference will have uplifting speakers, praise music, and games like a rock wall and ladder crawl. Join hundreds of other Jr. Highers in the diocese as we grow in God’s word! Next event TBA.
Each Spring, on the Saturday of Palm Sunday weekend, hundreds of youth in grades 8th-12th along with their Youth Ministers, confirmation and CCD teachers come together to attend the Annual Diocesan Youth Rally held at our new location, Vandebilt Catholic High School. This event is an awesome opportunity for youth to come and celebrate a day of community building with others who are fired up about God, experience and understand that faith can be exciting and fun, be informed by powerful skits and witness talks about our faith journey, praise and worship our God through powerful prayer experiences and music and most importantly, participate in the celebration of the Passion of Our Lord liturgy. A spirited opening ceremony sets the stage for this day of celebration followed by an inspirational keynote speaker, workshops on current youth and faith issues and a Youth Village filled with interactive activities for all to enjoy. The next event is TBA

The next event is June 15-17, 2018. Group registration is now open!
The next Play-n-Pray Retreat is the last week of June. More detailed information to come.
Kepha is a youth ministry focused on the faith formation of teens which will lead them to follow in the footsteps of the Apostles, beginning with the first apostle, Peter (Kepha), embracing the fullness of the Catholic Church. Our goal is to place loving, caring adults in the lives of teens in order to build on community in the Body of Christ.
